The HHH campaign is designed to help local costume shops generate enthusiasm for safe Halloween activities in their communities, while bringing attention to the costume shops themselves. This webinar will explain the three elements of the campaign: The NCA Guide to a Safe Community Halloween; event poster creation; and Halloween sticker distribution.
